Denver hoping for gift of good health as Christmas approaches

Chris "Birdman" Andersen is among three Nuggets players who could return to the lineup as early as Wednesday night at San Antonio. Point guard Chauncey Billups (wrist) and forward Kenyon Martin (knee) also practiced Monday as the Nuggets get closer to having a full roster for the first time this season.
